Andy Justice, senior vice president, is responsible for all brokerage production and client services provided by Collins' office in Dallas, Texas.

The Dallas offices serves a variety of property-casualty insurance clients. It has developed a major focus on reinsurance for wind-exposed coastal properties. The Dallas office also has strong experience with clients who underwrite workers' compensation, agricultural and auto (both private passenger and commercial) insurance coverages.

Professional Background

Mr. Justice has spent his entire career as a reinsurance broker in Dallas. He began that career in 1983 with the firm of Hileman, Justice & Co. The company was acquired by E.W. Blanch and Co. in 1992; Mr. Justice was with E.W. Blanch until 1996, when he joined Guy Carpenter and Co. Inc. as a senior vice president. He became senior vice president and general manager of Collins' Dallas office in 1999.

During his career, Mr. Justice has provided reinsurance brokerage services to a variety of insurers. He has an especially strong and successful track record serving companies that underwrite commercial or private passenger auto insurance.

Mr. Justice holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Southern Nazarene University, Bethany, Oklahoma.
